Christian Fischer is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at properti. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s overall technology architecture and drives the expansion of properti’s end-to-end platform – from initial customer contact and valuation through marketing, transaction and post-sale support. The focus lies on increasing agent productivity as well as delivering a seamless, digital and user-centric experience for property owners and buyers.
With more than 17 years of experience in software development, platform architecture and technical leadership, Christian Fischer brings deep expertise in building scalable, data-driven business models. Prior to joining properti, he served as CTO of the international software company Innoveo from 2016, where he led global product development and successfully scaled complex enterprise platforms. His focus was on cloud-based systems, modular architectures and robust data structures, particularly for the end-to-end automation of operational and sales-related processes. This work laid the foundation for the deep integration of AI into data-driven decision-making and sales processes. Christian Fischer studied Computer Science at the Technical University of Dresden and completed an exchange program at the University of Queensland in Australia.
At properti, he and his team are pursuing a clear vision: an intelligent, AI-powered real estate platform that automates processes, supports data-driven decisions and significantly reduces the complexity of the real estate industry. The goal is to redefine real estate brokerage in a scalable, efficient and sustainable way – while creating greater transparency, traceability and trust for customers.
