Sean Soderstrom is the founder and CEO of Courted, the leading AI-powered platform for real estate agent recruitment and retention. Previously, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and co-leader of the Residential Real Estate Practice for North America. He supported leading real estate companies in the development of data-based strategies. Prior to that, Soderstrom was responsible for the expansion and growth of Compass, now the largest real estate brokerage in the United States. He was one of the first employees and shaped the transition from a startup to a national platform.
His contributions to the industry include the Inman Innovator of the Year Award and he is a T3 Sixty Swanepoel SP 200 and HousingWire Rising Star.

In his role as advisor, Soderstrom will work closely with the properti management team.
